Apart from it individuals need to include lots of Green rich Leafy Vegetables, Plenty of Fresh Fruits, Nuts, etc, in their Diet in order to cope from problems related to Overweight/obesity apart from reducing the levels of Cholesterol and LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins) in bloodstream.
