Different types of Omega3 Fatty acids are Eicosapentanoic Acid (EPA), Docosahexanoic Acid(DHA), Alpha-linolenic Acid(ALA). Especially EPA plays an important role in prevention of heart disease.
5. Reduce the Stress and High Blood Pressure:
Stress also a plays a crucial role in heart disease. Regular Exercise that involves physical activity like Walking, cycling, swimming, aerobics, doing Yoga, etc, is recommended. Apart from preventing Heart Diseases, it reduces the Stress and also helps in controlling high blood pressure.
